We collect only what we need to take your order and get your hat to you. We don't sell your information.
What we collect
When you place an order, Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, and payment details. We receive your name, email, shipping address, and order details so we can fulfill your order. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write to us.
What we don't collect
This website doesn't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers, and it has no accounts or sign-up forms.
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship your order, to email you about it (confirmation, tracking, returns), to answer your questions, and to keep the business and tax records we're required to keep.
Who we share it with
Stripe processes your payment. Shipping carriers, and the services we use to buy shipping labels, receive your name and address to deliver your order. Our website host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.
Checkout
Checkout happens on a page hosted by Stripe, and Stripe's privacy policy applies there. Stripe may use cookies on that page.

Our Instagram link goes to Instagram, which has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfill orders, handle returns, and meet tax and accounting requirements.
Your choices
You can email us to ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to keep some order records for legal reasons.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
