These terms cover your use of this website and your purchases from 12 Stars Co. (“we,” “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in U.S. dollars, and shipping is included in the price of the hat. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If we make a pricing or listing mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us, and we never see or store your full card number.
Accepting orders
We may decline or cancel any order, for example because of a stock problem, a pricing error, or suspected fraud. If we do, we'll refund you in full.
Product details
We try to show our products accurately, but colors can look different on your screen, and embroidery can vary slightly from hat to hat.

Our designs
The 12 Stars Co. name, the Auspice Maria designs, and the photos and text on this site belong to us. Please don't copy them or use them to sell goods without our written permission.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully, and don't try to disrupt or break it.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and an order is covered by the terms in place when you placed it.
