Shipping is included in the price of every hat. There's nothing extra to pay at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Processing time
Orders ship within 3 business days of payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Delivery time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping. These are estimates, and carriers can run late, especially around the holidays.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email a tracking number to the address you used at checkout.
Check your address
We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so please double-check it. If you need to change it, email us right away. We can only change an address before the order ships. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you about sending it again.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package hasn't arrived within 14 days of shipping, or it arrives damaged, email us and we'll make it right. See our Returns & Refunds page for damaged items.
